FYI the official James Bond kick-off press conference hosted by the production team will be tomorrow (today already for much of the world) at 11:45am GMT. Not sure what channels will report, probably a bunch? Hopefully we’ll get a confirmation on Ben’s participation and some more information about his role and the production. I’m not a super big Bond follower, but from what I gather, these press conferences are often attended by a sizable portion of the cast—so perhaps a sighting of Ben, himself? This will all happen while I’m fast asleep, so I’ll be eagerly anticipating news when I awake. Apologies in advance if news doesn’t go up here until later in the day—probably won’t have time until I’m home from work.
Also: Bond, himself, has joined Facebook and Twitter.
Here are my solid predictions for Bond 23:
- it will have a terribly cheesy and/or esoteric title
- a vehicle will go fast at one point
- there will be women in it; they will probably be pretty
- Judi Dench will steal the show
Ben’s being lined up to take over the franchise…..maybe not this one
